Who can read music? How well can you read? Do you feel everyone should read music? How does reading music broaden your horizons? Myself, not being a dorky showoff, lol, but I can read music very well, but I took piano lessons in 2nd grade and then studied percussion in high school...
I don't know what is the saddest song but Drown by Smashing Pumpkins tops the list. I suppose it's about somebody's death. Another sad one is James Taylor's Fire and Rain.
It would be the social media platforms most people are on. However, I'm not sure what would be the best one. Well, YouTube and Tik Tok are about videos. However, videos can be easily accessed from other social media platforms like Facebook.
Trust is earned. However, it's hard to gain trust with some people because you might promise things and then things screw up. Well, there are people who can't take no for an answer. In that case, you might promise them the moon to get them to go away, but the price is trust.
Also, who has simply played it, but not as a hobby and/or profession? Well, what do you play? How long have you played the instrument? How did you learn? Do you play in a group? How good are you?
What might be some pros and cons? Well, I do know that the record label could "own you". Nonetheless, captive fame is better than no fame, or is it?
Well, one band has a member from my hometown, and they got signed recently. That was very interesting.
O.K., what are some steps to...
I like to play blues and jazz drums, especially jazz drums. The jazz stuff is very challenging. Anyway, how long have you played blues and/or jazz and how did you start learning? How good are you? Who has simply considered it?
Some people hate pop country. Why might they dislike it? Well, they say it is too patriotic and too much about trucks, beer, and women, for one thing. :D I guess we can blame Smokey and the Bandit :D and Hank Jr. Country Boy can Survive. What do you all think?
Anyway, though, not...
I think rap is music and it is incredibly interesting because of so much lyrical quality. Nowadays, I just don't hear that with a lot of music on the radio, like with rock or something. The lyrics are just not that interesting, so hats off to rap!
Nonetheless, I am sure there is some bad...
Some music just rubs the wrong way with people. The lyrics are dumb and/or the whole thing is just musically bland. Anyway, though, I think I am more open minded with music then a lot of people, but some stuff I can't like.
I'm terrible at writing lyrics. Well, I don't I've tried really, though. However, I am good at fiddling around with a guitar and coming up with musical ideas.
I do have some deep ideas about things. I wonder why I can't get them to music.
It's one of my favorites to listen to also and play. It's not easy to play from what I remembered when I played it. However, it's possible to learn with moderate effort.
I like Peter and the Wolf, and a lot of heavier stuff. I can't name them all. Well, I like softer stuff too. It's been a long time since I've listened to what I like so I can't name them.
