Don't just listen to music. Be part of the discussion.Too much of praise is going to get to someone's head and they will start losing focus. It's why I don't do it too much with my students.I don't really agree with the teacher's philosophy. He's too harsh. I think praise is a good thing, but not too much of it. Well, I mean situations where people are treated like a baby or something.
I've seen the trailer. I've been meaning to watch the movie but it haven't gone according to plan.

Yeah, but shouldn't people do that on their own? Why do they need a slave-driver?I finally watched the movie and I learnt one and two from it. It's captivating though I felt some kind of anger towards Fletcher by the way he handles his students but I saw his handwork at the end of the movie. The movie taught me that I need to be perfect or a master at something because relying only on my talent and skills without much effort won't help me to achieve more. I need more of determination, strong will and hard work to be successful.
The slave driver you meant is a mentor. Some people went too far in the way they direct their students to do things the way they want it.Yeah, but shouldn't people do that on their own? Why do they need a slave-driver?![]()

Sometimes, you can't do things without directions, that's why we need a mentor that can direct us.
Some American football coaches are mean, they are just doing it because they want the best for their players. Military drill are more worse than other coaches that I have seen.I don't think even most American football coaches are as mean as that guy, maybe military drill instructors are.
