That's a really interesting question!
I have a very good memory in any part of my live and it's the same with lyrics. It often takes me only two to three times to remember repeterives passages and a few more listens to know the rest, depending on the difficulty, variety of words/expressions and language.
English is not my native language so it often takes a little bit longer than in my mother tongue.

I have actually learned the lyrics of one of my favorite songs in a day. Some also come naturally after a few days.
Well, it always depend on how fast you are in memorization. It takes some few weeks while some can do that in few hours.

I take a long time to memorise a song. I must sing a song many, many times before I remember it.

That is how I learn lyrics faster too. When I listen to the songs I make use of Spotify lyrics to sing along with it.
It's very easy to use. Also, it highlights as the song is going on which makes it very smooth to flow with the artist. Sadly, it's not all songs on Spotify that have lyrics.

It can take me just a week to listen to any song before becoming very good at learning it. Trust me, I am that good at memorising songs that I tool interest in.

That still comes easily and early for you. There are some people that have to listen for many weeks and even months to get the hang of the songs.

I believe that it is all about interest. For me, it doesn't take a week to know the lyrics of a song and how to sing most of it. I am the type who enjoys listening to music most of the time.
I can only learn a song so fast if the lyrics are ver simple and easy. I've also made Spotify the first in playing music and everything became so easy for me because I can read while singing along.

The best way to learn a song is to follow along with the lyrics as you are listening to it. That will make it easier and faster to learn your favorite songs.
