I have been to companies where they normally play music in the background. It's never loud so it doesn't distract people from working. I think that it's a good psychological approach at workplaces to lift the mood.
Music isn't allowed in schools, I can attest to that. You play music during break time, while going to school or when going home. That's what I used to do when I was a teacher too.As a teacher, we are not allowed to play music during work hours. I use my AirPods when I am going to school, during break time and when I am going home. But never during work hours.
Yes and I actually understand why that rule had to be enforced. Teachers will abuse the privilege and become distracted during work hours. It will affect their productivity and students learning too.Music isn't allowed in schools, I can attest to that. You play music during break time, while going to school or when going home. That's true. Teachers should abide by the rules of the school to avoid being sacked.
There are some students that learn using music like reciting or calling out names of things in a musical terms, I think this type is allowed for preschool children.
Playing music is very wrong especially in schools but playing kids songs for little children to learn the rhymes is good at the right period. Phones ain't allow in school, so it's not possible for teachers to start playing music in school. On a basic ground, allowing playing of music in schools is wrong. There are ethics that should guide the conducts by teachers in those schools or else a lot of things will go wrong.
