Do you listen to music when working out?

I've never been to any gym where people are working out without music playing. Music is part of working out session because they can't be separated.
Even if the gym is not playing any song, those that are working out will have their own source of personal music that they listen to.
 
Yes of course, like a clockwork. I can never be working out without a nice rap or hip hop music playing because it goes well with the vibe of working out at the gym or at home.
 
Yes, I do. Music helps me stay focused and keeps my energy up during workouts. A good playlist makes repetitive exercises feel easier, sets a steady rhythm, and pushes me to finish sessions without getting bored or distracted.
 
I've finally got my confidence back in going back to the gym. If I don't go to the gym once in a week, I feel so bad. The music is always on in the gym when we work out.
