I only play music when I am fully awake. Once I am sleeping, I can't focus on playing any songs again. I just focus on my sleep as playing music will be a huge distraction.
Whenever I am playing soft music especially at night, I imagined myself in a serene environment and what I am hearing is the tune made of heavenly melody. I don't know if it used to happen to anybody?I believe that it is all about preferences. I enjoy sleeping with soft music playing, and it is something that has really helped me to enjoy my sleep every time.
I don't enjoy sleeping with music on. I won't be able to enjoy my sleep. So, what I always do is focus on sleeping with no music. I have done it for a couple of years now, and it has been a success.
Heave metal music is not for sleeping, it's either used for partying or when one is busy doing some works. It will only cause more disturbance or sleeplessness to you. Cool and calm songs are good for sleeping. The only way I am not going to enjoy music playing whenever I'm sleeping is if the music is something that is too loud. I don't play heavy metal music because the way it sounds, makes it very difficult for me to sleep.
I wish that doing this works for me because no matter how much I try to, it never helps. Rather, I would watch movies and when I start feeling, then I'll go off to bed.Sometimes when I find it hard to sleep I listen to soft music. It actually does wonders and I mostly find myself drifting to sleep.
You can still find a way to fall asleep. I know that there are boring quiet songs that can put you to sleep or you can check other genre of songs.I wish that doing this works for me because no matter how much I try to, it never helps. Rather, I would watch movies and when I start feeling, then I'll go off to bed.
