And the worse of it will be if you are also in a bad mood or was angry with the issue that happened. The only thing is to keep the phone on loudspeaker and then have your interest to know when they will call your attention.

One thing which is very annoying when it comes to dealing with those customers service representative is that when you raise your voice at some of them, they will fake internet connection problem and end the call on you.

Whenever I am put on hold I just end the call because nothing good comes out of it. I have been held for hours before without any reply.

Being held for a long time means that they are busy on the other end, it can be with other people. I will always have my patience and see what comes out of it in as much they solve it.

You are even lucky if a customer representative picks up your call. My own end it will often ring and I would eventually get tired.

It's very painful. Why don't they pick your call? If I'm the one, I will continue to call them till they answer me.

I have agreed to their terms of putting me on hold and eventually, they took care of my need. But sometimes, it won't work the way I wanted it because they won't talk for a long period which will make me to hang up.

The maximum I can stay on hold is 10 minutes. If I'm not connected back to the agent after 10 minutes, I'll end the call and call back again.

It's very annoying, unfortunately we can't stop it from happening from time to time. It's why I send mail and wait for whenever they will get back to me.
