Yes I agree. There was a time my director came and sanctioned a worker that cannot do without listening to music during work hours. It is just not professional.
Well if you do not really listen to music during the day often, it will feel somehow listening to it to fall asleep. Maybe you can start by listening for some hours during the day and find out the kinds of songs you like.
I do know that there are collectors that do this the old fashioned way. But I don’t know about the artists releasing songs on CDs, kinda sounds archaic.
