Does music put you to sleep?

I play Blues when it is time to sleep. Soft songs that can make one sleep deeply while feeling so much relaxed. That is the type of songs that I enjoy playing when it is bedtime.
Blues is definitely a great choice. Can you give examples of some that you listen to?

The you are among the categories of people that do not really feel sleepy when they need to with music. But majority of us can fall asleep with the softest songs.
It seems that way. I think the issue is that I'm too much linked up with music. It's why I can go days or weeks without listening to any songs. It's why adding it to my sleeping schedule makes it feel so alien.

Well if you do not really listen to music during the day often, it will feel somehow listening to it to fall asleep. Maybe you can start by listening for some hours during the day and find out the kinds of songs you like.

The thing is that I don't play music whenever I am working and I am working throughout the weekdays. It is only when I get back from work that I can play music at home and whatever I want to sleep, the music have to go off so that I can have the concentration to sleep.
