Is there a financial target for this year?

I don't know about this saying but I know that we must always have plan B in every of our plans because if things changes, we gats to continue saving without being bankrupt due to changes.

I've been financially drained at the moment. My dad got diagnosed of kidney disease and that really changed a whole lot of my plans. I am getting back and know that tomorrow will definitely be better.

There are people that don't have financial target. They are just going in and out every year without planning ahead, they want to live life the way it comes.

Yeah, there are also those who ended up spending all their savings in the hospital trying to get better from one sickness or another. It is not just easy for many people out there.

A stupid person wouldn't have any target but a smart person would, the only problem is that he or she wouldn't be able to realise it because things are difficult for them. Does it make sense to you now?
