Kevin O’Leary has made a $20 billion cash offer to purchase TikTok ahead of its scheduled ban this Sunday.

Do you think Zhang Yiming who's the main cofounder of Chinese tech giant ByteDance and owner of Tiktok will accept Kevin O’Leary $20 billion cash offer for Tiktok?
 
This is for making daily news. I won't believe that Zhang Timing will accept Kevin O'Leary's cash offer. I am following up the news to know what happened next.
 
If they are going to be put of business in USA and they need the USA users, Zhang Timing will have to accept an offer for Tiktok even if it's not going to be from Kevin O'Leary.

This is my thinking as well. Tiktok has a lot to prove and there is no one the owner of Tiktok would accept such an offer at a time they have a lot to achieve.
 
No matter the sad news hovering around TikTok, even an amateur will know that selling it at this time is not a good idea.
No business minded person will want to sell the platform.

Even if I am the owner of Tiktok and they brought this huge amount of money for me to sell it off, I can never do that because I have lots of the sum already.
 
If they want to still have the app operational in the US, they will have to sell the social media platform. China and USA haven't been riding smoothly for a long time.

I believe that TikTok is back in the US now. So all the talk about selling is not happening.

I know it can never happen. It's not easy to take away the source of people's earning without thinking it through. They did well by reconsidering.
 
Trump's presidential executive order was to have Tiktok sold on 5th April or it's going to be banned from being used in USA. I haven't heard anything on the sale or ban yet as today is 6th April.

I heard it it was extended to 75 days in the future. I know that this decision will be a long one, people won't agree and also the owner won't allow that too.
 
I don't think Tiktok will ever be sold. This extention of another 75 days is the proof I needed to be sure. What I forsee happening is going to be a partnership deal.
 
USA only wants to have a big stake in TikTok, that's what all the fuss was all about. In the end, they are going to have an agreement with China because China would rather pull out of US than sell it 100% to USA investors.
