You may not be willing to dance when you haven't taken any drinks but once you do, you will notice yourself flowing well with the music beats. It's why they play music in all pubs or bars. Music goes so well with drinks.

You are correct. The joy that anyone who is drunk show is always unusual most of the times. You will begin to wonder where the joy that they show is really from.

The joy comes from within. Though it doesn't last because the person is acting on something. I can't stop laughing when I told my brother that he was dancing while drunk and he couldn't believe doing it.
