Who is more important between your worker and customer?

Who do you make a priority between your customers and your workers? Customers are the reason why any business is started. If they don't buy from the business, it's going to be a failed investment. Workers are the one's who makes a business functional. If they don't work for a business, there will be no one to attend the business customers.

Who gets the priority in ranking between your customers and your workers?

The same way your customers are very important for your business because they are reason why you started a business is the same way your employees are very important for your business. It is not possible for you to run a business without employees who will help you to manage the business successfully.

The way I sees all the customers entering the shop is the same way that I see the employees. None is above each other, they have equal respect. I can't take because it's a business that need more customers and maltreat my employees.

I will like to treat my employees with maximum respect because if I didn't, they won't work efficiently.

It is very unfortunate that there is no business that can function without both their workers and customers. This is the reason why you will always have to find a way to manage both of them adequately so that your business will be going smoothly without any problems.

This is a really tricky question. Without your clients, you cannot have your workers and without your productive workers you will eventually lose your client. But every smart business person knows how to balance this two sets of individuals and have a successful business.

If there's no balance, you will lose the clients and also your workers. The way a business person handles his/her workers supposed to be the same way they needs to treat the clients so that it will balance.

Better management will ensure that both the customer and the worker are at the point of being happy. If you fail to manage it well, then you make a mess of the whole arrangement at the end of the day.

Nobody gets more priority than the other. The workers and the customers have equal priority because they need each other to function well in a company.
Yes that is true. We cannot have the workers without the clients and vice versa. A good business person knows how to balance it up.

A business person that put all their interest on the clients while neglecting the workers is going to be losing people that works for him/her with bad reputation that their employer doesn't care about them.

Most times the first point of contact between a client and the business are the employees. So if you do not treat them well it will reflect in the way your business is run.

And some bosses will be too harsh or treating their employees as slaves thinking that they will find people everywhere that's willing to work for them. Even if I have a business tomorrow, my employees comes first because I must treat it as my own.

Both of them are very important to the growth and success of the business. I've seen a company where staffs boycotted everything and all resigned the same day. The company crashed immediately. So, a company can't do without its staffs.

I don’t see it as choosing one over the other. Workers are crucial because they deliver the service and shape the experience, while customers are essential because they keep the business alive. If you treat workers well, they serve customers better, so both matter equally.
