Relaxation is not the same for everyone. What I enjoy doing might not be the same with you. But for me I like reading and watching my favorite movies. On a few occasions I engage in outdoor activities as well.
That sounds like a great routine! For me, organizing my music library and creating new playlists really helps me unwind—there’s something incredibly calming about matching the right track to the right moment.What are the things that you love to do so much because they help you to relax very well? I personally like to take a long walk and go and swim later. It helps me to relax very well and also sleep well in the night. Playing video games is relatively relaxing for me too.
