The idea of this thread is to post any quote or wise saying that you heard from a song and it has stuck with you.

It can be anything, as long as it inspired you we want to hear it!

The opening lyrics in NF song motivation will always stay with me forever.

This is the whole opening lyrics.

I've been-I've been doin' this a long time
I mean, over half my life
So, it's-it's awesome for me to be able to put out music that people will actually hear
Especially when you put this much time into somethin' that you love
Somethin' that you have a passion for
That's just, that's motivation!

This lyrics in 3 Peat by Lil Wanye is one of my favorite.

"I told my girl, When you fuck me, better fuck me good
'Cause if another girl could, she gon' fuck me good "

Sacrifice by Elton John Verse 1 is a quote in his song I've been stuck with for as long as I can remember.

It's a human sign
When things go wrong
When the scent of her lingers
And temptation's strong
Into the boundary
Of each married man
Sweet deceit comes callin'

“You make me wanna go buy a new dress / You make me wanna slip off a new dress.”
Clairo, “Juna” (2024)
Clairo’s whimsical, TikTok-friendly lyric from her album Charm is flirty and vivid, blending jazzy melodies with a youthful, carefree spirit. It’s stuck with fans for its relatable, romantic imagery.

A quote that I have understand from almost the songs that I listened to is "do you because nobody cares about you". I have heard this not only in one song.

I know there are some songs that have made mention of that phrase. But the way they said it is surely different. Can you give examples of songs you have heard it from?
