If anything worries me, I’ve discovered that writing it down can help lessen my worries. It’s have my own diary where I own down my emotions when they weigh me down.

To me writing is like a cheap form of therapy. I always feel better after putting down my worries and concern in my diary.
Do you feel that way too?

I always feel that way. Whenever I am not at ease, I start writing. I make sure that I have my diary and pen always with me. I used to write down my worries and concern in my diary and it has helped me to be better after I pen them down.

I am not too deep into writing but I am very sure that I have written down my worries, imaginations, thoughts and fears on papers and it's really free to do so.
