Do you take gaming with friends serious?

When you play games with friends, do you take it very seriously, or do you just play for the fun of it and nothing much attached to it? If you play for the fun of it, how would you react when your friend takes it seriously?

I don't take games with friends so serious but if it's something called competition is involved, I will do my best to be a winner.

It depends on what games we are playing. If it's a very competitive video game, I'll take it seriously because they will also do the same thing with me.

Gaming is meant to be a past time activity, I do not get paid for it. So I see no reason to get so serious with it. I can will and lose, it is still fun to me.

Of course, I wouldn't want to be the subject of taunts when I lose. That's why I take it serious when I play games with them, because I know the kind of friends I have.

I don't playing my video games that way. Video games is supposed to be a fun activity. It's going to be ruined for me if someone is taking it too seriously especially when there's not cash rewards in it.

There are some video games which are worth being serious when playing it with or without your friends. For those kind of games, my focus is 100% all the time.

Any of my friend that's taking it serious in playing video game when there's no cash rewards is just doing that because they don't want to be taunts for losing. I won't take it serious but I want allow my friend to win me.

Playing games is just supposed to be a fun activity. I don’t get why people treat it as if it is a do or die activity. Once I see that you are overly serious it will probably be the last time I play with you.
