I also love Spotify but hates the ads. And I found one safe Spotify downloader that lets me one-off download the Spotify songs which requires no Premium at all. I think it is a good alternative. And you can decide to transfer to downloads to the phone or to MP3 player. It is good that they also have Amazon music downloader as well which does the kind same off things but it is nice to keep the Amazon original high quality.
