Did you ever use to keep and write your poem in a diary?

The use of diary was very popular years ago but with technology, most people are no longer interested in using it. But there are still some people who are still old school and they still make use of their dairy to write whatever they want including poems.

Did you ever used to keep and write your poem in a diary?

I have a book which I wrote down all my poems. I couldn't risk writing them in a diary because I might lose the diary and that's how I would end up losing all my poem. I've uploaded some of them online to save it forever.

I haven't written any poems in a while but I always remember when I was younger, I often sat and wrote poems. I had a specific book in which I kept my poems written in but it wasn't a diary, I remember it being a hardback book filled with A4 sheets of paper with lines ready for you to use for writing.

I am curious though if anyone did use a diary to keep their poems written in, seems different.

I am not a poet but I have written down my thoughts as a poem for myself to read later. It might not be what I wanted it but reading it later seems as if it was a poem. Well, I'm no more doing such again

Did we all not do this when we were young? I even learnt how to write poetry verses like the sonnets. I just don’t do them anymore these days.

Yeah, I did that too. We do everything to make our youthful age to be fun and memorable. We had many time to play back then that made us to try all these talents so easily.

Those were the times when we had nothing much to worry about. So we had time to explore everything and anything. But now, where’s the time?

Yeah I once had a diary, but I only scribbled some jargons in it. I never composed poems, so there was nothing like that in the diary.
