I was fit like never imagined. From time dedicated.
The workout got more extreme. My handspeed got
uncontrollable. I had to mentally adjust to what was
happening. What happened is I lost 3 (three) pounds.
As I decided to gain it back. I would sacrifice other
training methods for MY OWN PERSONAL REASONS.
For me as I’m only speaking for MYSELF. The most
important part is the sparring. Now you know what
you need to work on.
