Can you beat Shazam?

Hi everyone,

I know I’m new here, but I’m desperately looking for a song. It seems to be a house remix that probably was never a hit.
Maybe I’ll get lucky and someone here knows it. It’s been stuck in my head for over a year now.
Unfortunately, I only have an 11-second clip. Shazam can’t identify it, and the original Twitter/X poster also doesn’t remember which mix it came from.

Here’s the original post:

I also saved the audio file separately:

Possible lyrics I can hear are:

“I let you dance for me”
“night and day”
“I show you what it means” or “I’ll show you what it means”

Maybe someone can make out the exact lyrics? As an Austrian, it’s a bit hard for me to catch them clearly.
I’d really appreciate any help.
Thank you very much,

Mik

Hey, welcome! Hopefully someone will recognize it. You could also try posting that 11-second clip here or on a dedicated ID thread, sometimes someone spots a unique hook or sample that helps identify the remix. Good luck.

It's only with the audio file I can try to see if I can get the song you're talking about. I've ran the lyrics in Grok but I didn't get the exact same thing.

It is hard to tell with EDM. However, it sounds like someone sampled Avicii's (R.I.P) "Speed" and mixed it with some lyrics.

Avicii's "Speed" is a good one to get stuck in your head as is "Levels", if you don't find your selection.
