Ballet dancing is something that is worth giving a go if it is something you are passionate about. Whilst there are worries about injuries from learning to ballet dance and also ballet dancing, the good things that come out of learning to be a ballet dancer outweigh a lot of the issues that could arise in terms of injuries.

The most common injuries for ballet dancers are usually tendonitis and stress fractures but there are also many other injuries that occur when learning to and also performing ballet dances.

If you have taken up ballet in the past or if you still take part in ballet now, what kinds of injuries have you suffered?

I have not taken up ballet or done ballet in the past but I have seen some injuries that some ballet dancers have sustained and they sure do look painful. It does take a lot to be a ballet dancer and to be able to have the strength that is needed to be able to do what they do. Amazing to see but also dangerous when it comes to some dances.

One of the quickest injuries that you can get from taking part or practicing ballet dance is twisting your ankle and hurting your toes. They are what carries your upper body when you're swinging. It's not an easy dancing skill.

Her feet shows the level of effort she's dedicated to her dancing and it looks very obvious he's had minor injuries in her toes because you can clearly see the bruises all over them. There's always a price to pay for any reward!

Her feet looks like someone who's definitely going to be very good with dancing ballet. If you happen to know her name, I would like to have her checked out on YouTube to see some of her dance moves.

The reason why ballet dancers always getting hurt is because they are putting a lot of pressure on their toes when they are dancing. This is is the reason why they have so many dislocations and other kinds of injuries.
