Tekashi 6ix9ine hit LA Fitness with a $1 million lawsuit over a 2023 gym attack, claiming the gym is responsible for a violent assault. According to 6ix9ine, the gym should have prevented an attack in which he was brutally beaten, assaulted and robbed by three men in a sauna.

My question is why wait for 2 years before suing LA Fitness?

He might have waited for that long in order to get the evidence needed to sue LA fitness. It's painful that he went through all that and that's why he wants them to pay for damages.

Probably was making his findings. Now he got what he needs, so he's pressing charges. He also want the assaulters be brought to justice.

6ix9ine is a former gang member. He even spent time in jail too. I'm very sure he's getting beaten up is partly related to gang activities.

This is exactly what I thought. In my opinion, 6ix9ine should be very careful or he's going to end up dead in a ditch some day. The streets is very dangerous.
