    Yeah, that can be very annoying. It have happened to me on several occasions and I was never happy about it. This is why most people don't like calling support.

    I agree that it's a weakness to trust people because of the experience I have had with most of them. The one's who are yet to break their trust with me have me doubting them because of what others have done.
