Soft music with hard rock / metal highlights?

I'm--not--looking for slow or softer rock (eg the latter avoiding everything found in grindcore). From time to time I listen to soft music, which is mild enough that when you do something requiring attention, it distract very little; or when tired will cause little-to-none delay to sleep. Listening to the channel Lush of soma.fm, I stumbled on Cavestar - Don't Let Me Go and I love the hard rock / metal highlights, do you know of something alike?

Thanks

There are some good one's which I can remember enjoying so much. Here's my recommendation.

1. The Thin line between love and Hate - Iron Maiden.

2. Beyond the realms of death - Judas Priest.

3. I ain't no nice guy - Mötorhead.

Soft music with a hard rock/metal accent is a blend of soft, gentle melodies of soft music (such as ballads, soft pop, or acoustic) with strong, intense parts of hard rock or metal (such as pounding electric guitars, heavy drums, or powerful vocals).

This genre often appears in songs that have a clear transition structure between soft and explosive parts, creating strong emotions for the listener. Some bands or artists often use this arrangement to increase the drama, for example:

Metallica with many ballads combined with strong heavy metal parts (e.g. “Nothing Else Matters”).

Evanescence, often has soft piano parts interspersed with strong rock/metal parts.

Linkin Park also combines soft parts with strong rock/rap parts.

Do you want me to recommend songs or bands in this style?
