film music history question

Hi! I'm very new to this form. But I wanted to come on and ask a few questions for those learning music, students of music, or music lovers.

First, what would you all say is missing in music history classes? (it can be anything!)

Second, If you had/wanted to take a film music history class: what would you like to learn about? What're some things you'd like to focus on?
