Did you make new year resolutions?

Making new year resolutions have been a practice for some people for a while now. Did you decide to make a new year resolutions this year or was it not important to you?

I stopped doing that when I became some years better. New year resolution isn't something I will venture myself to do again rather it's better to stay focus while doing more.

Yes I did. I have a list of professional courses I plan to bag this year, and also some accomplishments offline. I am already working towards them.

This type is the one I always put under short term goals and long term goals and it's good to be a new year resolution.
There are some kind of new year resolution that I stopped writing down such as being good or bad, going to church or not 😂

I used to make new year's resolution but I had to stop because I never kept any of them even the easiest ones, I still manage to fail at it.

What for exactly? If by any chance I did not meet up to those resolutions, I will be left feeling like a failure. Nah, wouldn't want that for myself.

This is being smart. I don't always want to be put under any pressure to push to achieve anything. I aim to focus on living my life and enjoying every bit of it.

But what if you do meet up with the resolutions? It will be a good feeling which you will miss out on if you do not make any, don’t you agree?

I haven't been making new year resolution since the past 10 years but before then, I used to make and keep them. Since I stopped keeping them, that's when I stopped.

As we all are growing, we understand that resolutions are some ways to look like a failure at the end of the year. Just map out short terms and long terms goals and work with them than promising oneself to complete something before the year ends.

I used to do it but stopped at one point. I'm still going to start with having my new year's resolution mapped out again because it was like a path guide for me back then.

What's new year's resolution? I don't do that shit again. Whenever I try to make a new year's resolution, it's going to be the first thing I'm going to break.

This is funny and not funny at the same time. New year resolutions can help you figure out what you have actually achieved at the end of the year and what you should do for the coming one.

I do make new year resolutions and make plans sticking to it. This life is not always how anyone would want to make it look. So, making these new year resolutions have been a blessing to me instead of a curse.

Making this kind of resolutions is definitely a blessing, never a curse. You are able to understand beforehand what you want to achieve and you work towards it.

When I was a deep believer, I used make a new year resolutions every year. It was a norm for me but I got tired on the way to keep some certain things so I decided to stop.
Whatever I agreed to do, I always stick to it, it's not about writing it all time.

Never, I haven't done that as far as I can recall. Making new year's resolution is a childish behavior as far as I'm concerned, it's why I don't waste my time doing it.

Yes, I do make New Year resolutions. I try to keep them realistic rather than overly ambitious. They are usually about improving habits, learning something new, or staying consistent with work and health, not drastic changes that are hard to maintain.

The only new year resolution I made this 2026 is to stop masturbation and so help me God, I will do everything within my power to see it through.
