How has your taste in music changed over the years?

Something I have noticed myself is how much my taste in music has changed over the years. I have gone from enjoying pop music to enjoying rock music, country music and now K-pop as well. It's amazing how quickly sometimes your music tastes can change but it is not uncommon.

How would you say that your music tastes have changed over the years?

My taste for music haven't changed that much over the past couple of years but what have changed is how I feel towards most music videos that are being released especially in the hip hop genre. A lot of them are filled with a lot of nudity which is something that I don't like very much.

My taste for music haven't change a bit rather I am making more openness to listen to new songs and enjoy the lyrics. Old music is still bae till tomorrow.

My taste in music have definitely changed so much over the years. I can remember when it was very difficult for me to listen to highlife and afrobeats music but now, they are my favourite.

No, my taste for music haven't change a bit but only got better and better. There are some songs I don't use to like, I now feel very cool playing all of them.

Yes, my taste in music have changed over the years. There are some music which I can't stand for 10 seconds before but now I can play it for more than 20 minutes. If that's not change in taste, I don't know what else to call it.

Afrobeats have got some of the best artistes right now topping the music charts. To be honest, they have made me fall in love with listening to their songs.

The question is whether you used to love listening to afrobeats before now the music genre wasn't topping charts? I didn't like it before but now, I love it most.

Love this question. Since I was little I loved listening to Mega Man and The Legend of Zelda soundtracks, but when I became a teenager my outlook changed greatly, since I was introduced Electronic music. It is an interesting genre because it's truly versatile and you can develop any other genre in it, so thanks to artists like Camellia, Porter Robinson, Marshmello, and some more indie artists, my musical taste developed for good, I think. You could say I went from "Videogame listener folk" to "Videogame and other stuff listener folk".

Is it that there is a change in the way you viewed the songs before or what actually happened? Or did your taste change as you get older?
