Pleased to meet you all.
I am a guitarist, bassist, piano and electric keyboard player due to turn 52 in june. I have been playing misic since I was 8 years old when my dad decided to show me a few chords.
I got my 1st guitar ( a 12 string Terada acoustic ) at age 9 and from then on I have tought myself to play all that I currently know, I cannot read sheet music and all my learning has been by ear. My dad was tone deaf and frequently used to ask me for help when it came down to learning new songs and along with my dad and mum ( now both in the great gig in the sky for 7 years & 4 years respectively ) we formed our 1st band when I was 13.
Although the line up changed a number of times throughout over the years I have on going with music although I haven't been on the road now since early in 2016 and mainly just potter around at home now. New compositions are few and far between as I am also working through my open university course and currently I am due to graduate in either 2028 or 2029.
