Ever discovered a great song from a movie?

Yeah, that’s one of the best things about film, sometimes the soundtrack outlives the movie itself. “On My Way” from Marry Me is a great example. I had a similar moment with “Halo” from the Halo series soundtrack. It really carries that emotional, cinematic weight that just stays with you long...

What's the last Jazz you listened to?

Meshell Ndegeocello has a way of blending jazz with that deep, reflective energy that just hits different. If you like that cosmic, atmospheric feel, “Naima” by John Coltrane is another beautiful one which I love so much. It has that same calm, almost spiritual vibe.

Who's your best jazz musician of all time?

It's very hard to argue with that, John Coltrane and Miles Davis really set the standard for everything that came after. I’d also add Charlie Parker to the list because his influence on modern jazz is just massive.

    Hiphop/Jazz/Lofi #Relaxation🍓

Music can really carry you through the day when nothing else quite does. I’ve got a soft spot for Norah Jones when I want something smooth and calming in the background.

What is your favorite blues music?

Lionel Richie’s “Hello” is one of those songs you can’t help but sing along to. I’m more of a B. B. King fan myself, but there’s something timeless about a song you know word for word.

    Who plays blues or jazz?

I play a bit of bass and keyboard myself, so I know half the fun is just getting lost in the music and improving little by little.

Musicians that are no longer with us, but will never be forgotten?

I feel that. David Bowie left behind the kind of music that never fades. I feel the same way about Freddie Mercury and Prince. They may be gone, but their music keeps them with us. We’ll always miss artists like them.

If you could listen to one artist for the rest of your life, who would it be?

That’s a very good choice. Luke Bryan has a way of putting out songs that never get old. If I had to choose just one, I’d probably go with Chris Stapleton. His voice and songwriting would keep me hooked for a lifetime.

Whose music do you prefer more? Mariah Carey or Taylor Swift?

Fair enough, everyone has their favourite. I’ve always leaned more toward Adele myself, but I can definitely see why you call Beyoncé Queen B. Her performances and consistency over the years are hard to match.

What is the best jazz album of all time?

I’m a huge fan of Miles Davis myself, but I completely get the love for John Coltrane. He’s one of those artists you keep coming back to, and his album's never gets old.

What do you like about Raggae songs?

Reggae is the only music genre that is very bold and straightforward when it comes to criticising the government. It is what I love so much about it and I don't think it's ever going to change with me.

Why do you think Raggae is always criticized?

Reggae is a raw music genre. This is what makes it practically different from every other music genre and that is why I consider it to be something very unique.

Do you think reggae is dying?

Reggae is not a music genre almost anyone is going to jump into easily and that is the reason why those who are in it are hardcore reggae lovers and that helps to propagate the music genre.

    Reggae Being Associated with Drugs

Yes, that's very correct. It's also being very common in most hip-hop and rap songs today. Whenever you are listening to it, if it is not drugs, it is going to be guns and half nude ladies.

How did you choose your instruments?

Violin makes one of the best melodies. Personally, I love listening to it whenever someone who is very skilled in playing violin does a wonderful job with it.
